Hometown: Scottsdale, Arizona…since I was 5 years old 🙂
First job: I worked in retail selling stationary and paper products at a small retail store called “Carol’s Pad” at the Hilton Village Shops.
Favorite AZ restaurant: The Mission. I absolutely love the ambiance and the great vibe! And the table-side guacamole and espresso milkshake with chocolate churros for dessert—forget about it!
Person who has impacted your life the most: My grandfather. He taught me the principle of compassion and shared his love of music, art and philosophy with me. I credit him for my love of learning and personal development.
Your biggest accomplishment in your eyes: Outside of my two incredible daughters, my biggest accomplishment has been the creation of U & Improved and witnessing the direct, life-changing impact our training has on individuals and businesses. It inspires me daily to hear about all of the incredible things our graduates are accomplishing since graduating from our classes.
The biggest obstacle you have overcome: The juggling act of being a single mother of two and running a company—I get to work on it daily!

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Be YOU. Get to REALLY know who are, step into your greatness and share THAT with the world. The world needs more authentic, heart-based leaders!
What makes someone fabulous: Passion! When U share your enthusiasm and passion—and I mean the “all in, 100% present” kind of passion—with those you love and care about, your world and the world at large, improves!
