Hometown: Vista, CA
First job: Professional basketball player.
Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: Off-roading in my Jeep or with my dog.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Playing professional basketball, hitting 500 online members, having one million followers on Tik Tok, growing my personal training business to five trainers with more than 350 clients and being one of the top podcasts in the nation within the first week. It’s all to help people!
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Being cut at 27 from my professional basketball team when I was supposed to be entering my prime years. To go back home after being cut–with no job, no money and living at my grandmother’s house–to what I am now will always be my biggest accomplishment because I never gave up on myself. I always believed in what I can do and who I am.
Someone who inspires you and why: My mother. There is no one more selfless than my mother. An incredible person and mother, she showed me what hard work was and how to always own my actions and be better. Never settle for anything less than my very best. She’s my hero, for sure.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Make sure you love it. Make sure you love helping people. This is a service-industry job. You have to serve. If you don’t absolutely love helping people, then it’s not for you. Make sure you work hard to know what you’re talking about and be relentless.
Favorite quote: “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.”
Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I’m an introvert at heart.
What makes someone fabulous: Their heart and their energy. Because you can’t fake either.
