Hometown: Long Island, New York

First job: Waitress at a 50’s diner.

Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: Anything outside with my family.

Your biggest accomplishment and why: We always joke that we started a non-essential medical practice during a global pandemic! Ha! My baby was five weeks old when the pandemic hit, and we went on lockdown in LA. I decided to take the uncertainty of the future and pivot to open my own practice in Scottsdale with my friend and business partner, Morgan Renfro.

The biggest obstacle you overcame: Being told that I was unable to have children and finding the strength to not let that get me down. While working full time, my husband and I went through two years of the hormonal and emotional rollercoaster that is IVF before being blessed with our first beautiful baby girl. We now have two beautiful healthy babies that we could not be more grateful for. Motherhood is such a blessing and although those years were some of the hardest, my heart is so full every day looking at my children and watching them blossom!

Someone who inspires you and why: Every single working mom I meet! I am constantly in awe of women and their ability to wear so many hats. I always ask what their secrets are, but I think we are all just trying to figure it out!

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Invest in your own continuing education. Our industry is developing and changing so quickly so it’s important to stay on top of the latest products and techniques by seeking education.

Favorite quote: “If you don’t laugh, you cry.” I heard this when I lived in London. This quote helped me so much during our first year of business. It kept me sane!

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I grew up in a hockey rink. My dad is a four-time Stanley Cup winner.

What makes someone fabulous: Knowing your worth.
