Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: I love to hike, and explore our incredible state with my family. Our favorite local destination is Sedona. We love to stay at Amara, dine at Elote and wine taste at DA Ranch Winery. The perfect little local getaway!
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Creating E Squared Marketing with the working mom in mind. It’s been incredible to inspire and support mothers to have their cake and eat it too. Want to focus more on your family, but still have a career? We are that unique business that allows moms to do both. I love watching these incredible women learn and grow and watch them raise their kids while feeling confident in their work life.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: The pandemic was a game-changer for our industry. We had to quickly unwind all the planning and strategies for our clients, and pivot with new content and promotions to align with the new guidelines that were changing almost daily. We are so grateful for our incredible clients that trusted us to help during this difficult season. We really got through it together.
Someone who inspires you and why: My older sister, Mindy. She has a heart of gold, an incredible work ethic and she’s an amazing mother. She is my go-to for everything and we talk daily.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Go for it. Get uncomfortable with your growth and learning curves. This industry is all about learning, testing, analyzing, and then doing the process all over again to perfect it, and drive the results for the clients.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I am a third-generation Arizona native. I have deep roots here in this incredible state we call home, and I would not want to live anywhere else.
