What is Mehdi K. Mazaheri’s story?
Dr. Mazaheri was born in Iran and moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania when he was 7 years old. His family then moved to California, where he went to high school and then went to college at UCLA. He was ambitious at a young age, starting his own lawn mowing business when he was just 12 years old. Once he started volunteering at a local emergency room in 9th grade, he knew he wanted to be a doctor, and did just that. From high school he went straight to college, then residency, then fellowship, then private practice. After medical school he had 8 years of surgical training.
