Your biggest accomplishment and why: Starting a new company at 48. Why? Because most people are starting to wind down, and I am just getting started.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: The current labor crisis is the hardest thing I have ever been faced with. It is not over and the most helpless feeling I have ever had.
Someone who inspires you and why: Kara Castillo, my partner in Pivot Culinary, inspires me everyday. Her hard work, determination and passion are always reminding me of where we are going and why.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Diversify your income streams. Be fearless!
