True Food Kitchen at Scottsdale Quarter and Biltmore Fashion Park. “We love True Food Kitchen because there is something for everyone on the menu. We love trying new food, and they have such a variety. Our favorite items are the ancient grain bowl, the Korean noodle bowl (add chicken!), and sourdough pizza.”

Aubergine Kitchen in Mesa. “We love Aubergine Kitchen because they use only the most quality ingredients and don’t compromise taste at all by eliminating inflammatory oils. You can’t go wrong with any of the items but our favorites are the mango-salmon bowl and the chicken caprese melt. Save yourself another trip to the counter, and just order some extra cheese bread to start.”

The Coffee Shop at Agritopia in Gilbert. “One of our favorite places to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine or walk around the neighborhood with a coffee. We haven’t met a pastry from here that we don’t like. We usually change it up when we visit but usually are choosing either a bowl, a panini. or a scramble. And of course, a coffee to go with it.”

Kaleidoscope Juice (various Valley locations). “Kaleidoscope has such a good variety of smoothies and juices at locations scattered throughout the Valley. Our go-to juice is the Crown or Mason’s Magic. If you like something sweeter and refreshing, try the Watermelon Flush. For something heartier and more filling, we usually order the Strawberry Shortcake smoothie.”

Koibito Poke (various Valley locations). “This is our most-stopped-at restaurant for a poolside lunch. We always build our own bowl with whatever we are feeling but never pass up on the spicy crab for one of the protein options and some seaweed to top it off.”
