The DIY Cocktail Kit brings out the inner mixologist in all of us. Choose one top-shelf spirit of your choice, such as gin, bourbon or rum, and the get creative with the kit which is packed with a variety of house-made mixers, fresh fruit-infused syrups, bitters, fresh herbs and everything else you need to whip up your own custom cocktail creation. Each kit also includes recipe suggestions, bar tools, and of course, your very own cocktail shaker. Get together with friends and get creative without spending a fortune on the tools of the trade – and who knows, J&G’s master mixologists might just show you a trick or two along the way. The cost of the DIY Cocktail Kit is $5 plus the cost of your choice of spirit ($9 – $12).
Once you twist up your own cocktail, bring on the all new Summer Social Menu, built around crisp, seasonal Cook Hall gastro-pub style dishes – like West Coast Oysters with Cucumber Mignonette, Roasted Radish Crostini, and Crispy Pork Belly Sliders with Chili Mayonnaise. The menu is available in the bar and the dining room in addition to the regular a la carte menu.
