The classic grilled cheese gets a makeover in their signature Perfectly Grilled Cheese sandwich. It certainly lives up to it’s name with smooth brie, crispy bacon and arugula served on spiced pear bread; a perfect pairing of salty and sweet. Sandwiches fight for the spotlight against skinny bistro fries or your choice of seasonal side, house, salad, soup, or sweet potato fries.
The Mediterranean Mac & Cheese turns standard macaroni on it’s elbow with cavatappi spiral pasta cooked al dente in a light, cheesy pesto sauce. Chicken, salmon, or Italian sausage can be added to any pasta dish.
The Wild Chop Salad artfully combines roasted red peppers, cucumbers, quinoa, feta cheese, dried cranberries, and (of course!) pears dressed with a light vinaigrette. Salads can also be made with your choice of chicken or salmon.
The pear motif finds it’s way into a cocktail, the Pear Mule, served in a copper cup. Another delicious ‘cocktail of the moment’ is the Acai Vojito made with vodka instead of the traditional white rum.
