La Hacienda is a Modern Mexican restaurant located at the beautiful Fairmont Scottsdale Princess luxury resort in North Scottsdale.
The warm Spanish architecture makes you feel like you’ve been swept away to Mexico. The restaurant decor feaures wood-beamed ceilings, flagstone and beehive fireplaces, all accented by modern urban touches, new upholstery, lighting fixtures and a brand new main entrance showcasing the new tequila bar. Featuring fresh, indigenous ingredients, lighter dishes and traditional foods, La Hacienda’s menu was designed by Richard Sandoval using European cooking techniques.
We highly recommend you start your meal with one of their margaritas and chips and guacamole. Margarita options include Elderflower, Pomegranate, Organic and more. Guacamole choices offered are a perfect standard guac, bacon, spicy crab and pomegranate.
The entree options had us wanting one of everything, they all looked so good! The Camarones al Tequila (a tequila shrimp dish) and the Chicken Enchiladas with salsa verde didn’t disappoint.
If you can manage to fit anymore food in your belly, be sure to order the “Signature” Coconut Tres Leches – a vanilla cake centered with coconut flan and topped with fresh berries.
