Orange Sky is the signature fine dining restaurant located on the 15th floor at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, offering stunning views of the beautiful Arizona sunsets.
When you step off the elevator on the 15th floor you will walk into the Orange Sky lounge. Here you can grab a cocktail and some small bites with 360 degree views of the Valley through the floor to ceiling windows.
The restaurant itself serves New American plates and fine wines with both indoor and patio seating. High-back seating enclaves on the west side of the dining room create privacy for small groups or the perfect romantic atmosphere.
For starters, choose from items such as soup and salad as well as some of our favorites, the Braised Beef Stuffed Marrow Bone and the Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Spicy Shrimp. You can also begin with one of their shared plates, such as the Nosh Board, which includes aged cheddar fondue, artisan cured meats and vegetable pickles.
Entrees include a variety of beef cuts such as a 10oz New York Strip and a Tajima Wagyu Striploin. “Enhance” your steak with add-ons like prawns and divers wrapped in jalapeño bacon. Other entree options include Lamb Chop, Pork Shank, Salmon and Crab Legs.
For accompaniments, we recommend the seasonal mushroom tart with goat cheese and red wine syrup, the cauliflower and aged cheddar gratin, and the green chile whipped potatoes.
