Silver Pine Restaurant and Bar is a modern eatery located inside the Flagstaff favorite Little America Hotel.
Little America Hotel recently underwent a massive renovation that included a revamp of the hotel’s restaurant, which reopened last summer. The renovation modernized the hotel while keeping traditional touches. The restaurant is now bright and welcoming with the addition of a large patio with views of the beautiful forest that surrounds the hotel.
We had the opportunity to enjoy cocktails at the bar, dinner and brunch at Silver Pine Restaurant during our stay. Something that really stood out to us throughout the entire weekend was the passion the entire staff had for the restaurant and hotel. From the hostess at the front, to the shift manager, the servers and the chefs, everyone truly loved the property and were proud to be part of the team. When the staff has this kind of pride and passion for this place they work, it reflects in the customer service they provide and the food produced in the kitchen.
The team was very accommodating and knowledgable about food restrictions and allergies. While there are plenty of options and ways to easily modify the menu items, we recommend making a reservation and letting the staff know in advance if you have any major dietary needs such as a gluten allergy or vegan diet.
Silver Pine Restaurant offers breakfast, a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner every day. The Breakfast buffet, served 6am to 10am Monday – Friday and 6am to 11am Saturday and Sunday, and offers something for everyone. Choose from bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal and fresh pastries such as these amazing Jalapeño Maple Bacon Donuts.
For lunch, choose from options such as a Roasted Chicken Quesadilla, Southwest Chopped Salad, Mac & Cheese, Fish Tacos or a Patty Melt.
Start your dinner with a glass of wine from their impressive wine list with local Arizona wines as well as wines from California, Oregon, France and more.
We recommend beginning your meal with the Grilled Asparagus appetizer with wild mushrooms, queso fresco, sherry vinaigrette. Next, enjoy a mixed greens salad or wedge salad before your entree. For the main course, choose from seafood, steaks, chicken, pasta or a burger. We personally loved the Diver Scallops, which is served with a bacon beurre rouge sauce.
