The Toasted Owl is a quaint cafe that is local and family owned with two locations in Flagstaff, Arizona, serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week.
At The Toasted Owl, you will feel welcome upon entering with friendly staff, fondly mismatched furniture and dishes and a large, dog-friendly patio.
They serve coffee, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, salads, fruits, muffins, pastries and more. Everything is made in-house using fresh ingredients and they offer vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options.
They also have a full bar which includes rotating Saturday-Sunday weekend Brunch specials with $2.00 Mimosas.
For weekend brunch, we tried the Breakfast Tacos. These delicious little tacos are gluten free and can also be made vegan. We recommend adding avocado to this dish.
Some other popular Toasted Owl menu items include the Black Bean Veggie Burrito, gluten free Almond Pancakes, Cuban Sandwich and Black Bean Burger. Toasted Owl offers gluten free toast, tortillas and buns, making almost any dish on the menu easily modified to be gluten free!
Choose from a variety of homemade baked goods that change daily. There are gluten free and vegan treats, as well as regular desserts with full gluten and dairy. We recommend saving room for dessert or box something up to take home.
