Grabbagreen Food + Juice is a quick service restaurant offering healthy, tasty food with the speed and convenience of traditional fast food.
Founded in 2013, Grabbagreen was started by two moms who wanted healthy options that were also convenient. The first store was opened in North Scottsdale, and there are now 4 locations in the Valley – North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix and Gilbert.
The Grabbagreen menu is based around superfoods and is mostly organic, preservative-free and GMO-free. And the entire menu is gluten-free with the exception of the tortillas used for the wraps. The menu offers grain and green-based bowls using locally sourced proteins, fresh-pressed juices, handcrafted smoothies and acai bowls, breakfast, and healthy kid-friendly items.
One of our favorite smoothies is the Power PB&J, made with agave, banana, strawberry, almond or peanut butter, water and whey protein. For fresh pressed juices, we recommended the the Immune juice, especially this time of year! The Immune juice has carrot, ginger, lemon and orange. If you’re feeling under the weather, also grab the Defend Elixir, made with acai, apple, carrot, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, orange, strawberry, turmeric and red apple.
The bowls are hearty and healthy, offering a variety of signature combinations as well as a build-your-own bowl option. A popular signature bowls is the Mediterranean Sea, made with chicken, cucumber, kalamata olive, mint, red onion, red pepper, spinach, brown rice or spring mix, feta and mediterranean pomegranate sauce.
If you stop in for breakfast, one of our favorite items on the entire menu are the breakfast hash bowls. Choose from veggie, steak or chicken. The Chicken Hash comes with carrot, chicken, egg, green onion, kale, yam and creamy avocado sauce.
