Chef Lisa Dahl (Chef of award winning burgers around the valley) does it again with her newest restaurant Butterfly Burger, a first-of-its-kind “couture burger lounge” located in Sedona.
Foodies now have another great reason to head up to beautiful Sedona, Arizona to try out an array of burgers, imaginative sides and the exclusive Heaven Door Whiskey.
The Butterfly Burger menu caters to vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorous meals. The menu features a few starters like the Peppadew Cheese Spread, Dungeness Crab Sliders with a variety of dipping sauces and their mouth-watering Street Tots layered with Queso Fundido, Pico de Gallo and Cotija Cheese.

The Butterfly Burger – Manchego Cheese, Beeler’s All-Natural Pepper Bacon, Guacamole and Chipotle Aioli on Artisan Bun with House Pickles.
Gyro Burger – Proprietary Spice Blend All-Natural Colorado Lamb Burger with Signature Tzatziki Sauce and Feta, Slivered Red Onion on Artisan Bun with Greek Pico de Gallo.
Sedona Dog – American Wagyu 100% All Beef Hot Dog, Signature Piccalilli Sauce, Charred Onions, with Pico de Gallo Garnish
In the mood for a boozy milkshake, crafty cocktails or even an exclusive bourbon selection? Step inside the 2500 sqft, high-end lounge with dark ambiance and sleek decor to enjoy a drink or two.
But be sure to save room for dessert! Chef Dahl was mindful of a “sweet tooth” when creating the dessert menu. Enjoy S’mores with charred marshmallow, chocolate swirl and graham cracker crunch; Lavender Love with organic blueberries, local lavender and citron splash; and Dulce De Leche with burnt butter caramel, gluten-free oat streusel and caramel pearls.
