The iconic windmill at The Strawberry Inn in Strawberry, Arizona, has been turned into an adorable coffee shop: Windmill Coffee.
Windmill Coffee is owned and operated by Dan and Marina Berryman, who live in Pine/Strawberry. Marina is also the property manager for The Strawberry Inn and the couple helped to start and support an orphanage, House of Hope, that houses and cares for nine children in Burundi, Africa. It has been their dream to own a coffee shop and a big motivator for them in starting this business is the chance to do social good. They would like for a portion of their profits to be able to fund operational expenses at House of Hope.
In addition to Dan and Marina being fabulous people, the drinks they serve at Windmill Coffee are equally as fabulous. They use beans from Arizona coffee roaster Press Coffee and serve cold brew and a variety of lattes. You’ll find beloved classics like a mocha or chai latte, as well as some fun specialty drinks like a spicy mocha or strawberry mocha. They also serve fresh-squeezed juice, Italian soda, hot cocoa, tea and snacks. They will soon be offering fresh pastries as well.
Windmill Coffee at The Strawberry Inn is open daily 6:30 to 11 a.m.
