Restaurant of the Week: Daily Jam

Breaking the rules of brunch since 2011, Daily Jam is a fast-casual concept located in the heart of Mill Avenue in Tempe, serving up freshly made breakfast, brunch and lunch favorites from eggs benedict to the fan-favorite gluten-free red velvet waffles.

The beloved neighborhood spot is the perfect hangout for friends, families (the Little Jammers menu has a Mickey-shaped pancake!) and even a furry companion. The joint, which has counter service, offers a relaxed, urban environment featuring a large pet-friendly patio and cozy indoor seating.

Though the Jam is known for its famous waffles, voted best in Arizona by Food Network, the breakfast joint’s menu also features a variety of options including omelets, pancakes, hot or cold sandwiches, soups and salads. In addition to the aforementioned gluten-free red velvet waffles, guests can dig into the Killer breakfast sandwich, loaded with bacon and gorgonzola; Eddie’s Breakfast Tacos piled with scrambled eggs, black beans, crisp red cabbage and shredded provolone cheese; and chilaquiles with fresh corn tortillas.

The bar also offers fresh handcrafted cocktails, beers and specialty coffees, including a variety of tasty Bloody Marys and a mimosa flight with five delicious flavors ranging from the classics to grapefruit-sage.
