Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse in Old Town Scottsdale has launched a new menu, keeping some of the favorites on the bill of fare while adding exciting new dishes.
“We are always looking to evolve our menu,” says Riot Hospitality Group COO Justin Cohen. “Keeping the core items that make Hand Cut successful is very important, but it is also our responsibility to keep our regulars excited and enthusiastic about continuing to come in. This is the most attractive and culinary-driven menu we have ever had, and I am so excited to share it with our community.”

Tuscan Chopped Meatball
Chopped house-made pork and beef meatball with red pepper tomato sauce, whipped goat cheese ricotta and grilled ciabatta.
Harvest Kale Salad
Spinach, kale, strawberries, pistachio dust, goat cheese, grapes, avocado and honey balsamic.
Soft brie, candied tomato, black truffle mayo and baby arugula.
Quinoa Veggie Burger
Lentil garlic, quinoa patty with herb aioli, shredded lettuce, pickled onion and vine-ripe tomatoes served on a brioche bun.
Hawaiian Pork Chop
Apple brined bone-in double-cut pork chop, Hawaiian jam and lemon arugula.
Creamy Chicken Pasta
Grilled chicken, English peas, sautéed spinach, a hint of blue cheese with a garlic cream sauce.
Garden Pesto Cavatappi
Kale, roasted red peppers and house pesto topped with parmesan cheese.
Garlic & Herb Crab Fettuccine
Herb cream, jumbo crab, tomato, sautéed snap peas and spiced bread crumbs.
Apple Berry Crumble
Maple blueberry apple filling topped with almond streusel, served a la mode.
