Atria to Open in Flagstaff

The supremely talented Chef Rochelle Daniel, of Fat Ox in Scottsdale, has set her sights on Flagstaff with the opening of Atria. The farm-fresh restaurant is slated to open in August.

Atria, which will dish up Chef Rochelle Daniel’s seasonal, modern American fare crafted with farm-fresh, locally-grown ingredients, will make its debut in August in Downtown Flagstaff. The restaurant will house the former space of La Vetta Ristorante Italiano, just north of Aspen Avenue on Laroux Street.

Alongside a remarkable cocktail list and wine menu (which will even have rare wines by the glass), Atria diners can expect delicious and affordable eats, including house-made pastas, fresh fish and premium steaks and playful daily features. The menu, from Chef Daniel and her longtime chef de cuisine, Maribel Silva, will spotlight seasonal, local ingredients from Northern Arizona.

The restaurant itself will be something to behold. Atria will offer a welcoming, airy atmosphere in its 94-seat dining room and full-service lounge with a bar and high-top seating. There will even be a chef’s table that will accommodate eight lucky guests who get a front-row seat to Chef Daniel’s kitchen.

Atria will be open for bar bites, plus full sit-down dinner service, Tuesday through Thursday from 3 to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 2 to 9 p.m. For more information, visit www.atriarestaurant.com.
