To kick things up a notch even more, Maple & Ash now dishes up a IDGAF chef’s tasting menu brunch option for $150 per person as well as large-format cocktails that serve between six and 10 thirsty diners. Feeling like a fruity a.m. drink? The refreshing Boujee & Boozy comprises Cruzan, Grey Goose Essence, spiced strawberry, pineapple, coconut water and citrus, while the B.A.E. On Thanksgiving weekend, Maple & Ash hosts the F*@KING FRIENDSGIVING BRUNCH on Saturday, Nov. 27, and Sunday, Nov. 28, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Brunch guests can dig into fall cocktails including a large-format Apple Spice Sangria and other seasonal standouts.
