Amelia’s by EAT, a beloved Scottsdale restaurant and marketplace, is set to expand within the East Valley with a new micro-location in Gilbert. This new cafe will be part of Kiln Gilbert, a boutique coworking space at SanTan Village.
Scheduled to open in August 2024, Amelia’s Kiln location will offer a selection of breakfast, lunch, and snacks, enhancing the food and beverage offerings for Kiln members and guests. Founded by Chef Stacey Weber, Amelia’s by EAT is known for its commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a menu that caters to a variety of dietary needs.
“We can’t wait to be a part of the Kiln Gilbert. We love the concept and the overall vibe. It’s a perfect place to extend the Amelia’s brand to the East Valley,” says Weber in a recent press release.
If you’re in need of a quick bite during a busy workday or looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy a meal, Amelia’s will be there to provide fresh, delicious food in a welcoming environment. The new location aims to be more than just a cafe; it will be an extension of the vibrant community at Kiln, offering a space where people can come together over healthy food.
The new cafe will serve a daily menu featuring craft coffee, homemade bakery items (including gluten-free options), wraps, salads. and snacks. Additionally, Amelia’s will provide catering services for events and meetings at Kiln, ensuring that every gathering is accompanied by delicious and wholesome food.
Amelia’s Kiln location will be open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
