Amelia’s by EAT, a new neighborhood eatery and market, is slated to open in McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale this June. The new restaurant will offer organically sourced fare, scratch cocktails and artisanal goods.
From the founder and chef of EAT by Stacey Weber, Amelia’s by EAT will open this summer in McCormick Ranch. Amelia’s by EAT is inspired and named after Weber’s grandmother and was built on the foundation of bringing people together with food. The new eatery is an extension of EAT by Stacey Weber and offers everything fans have come to love from the catering company.
The lineup at the Scottsdale-based dining destination will feature mindful offerings made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Counter service will be available daily for quick grab-and-go items, in addition to cocktails, wine, bakery items, coffee and artisanal market goods. Weber aims for Amelia’s by EAT to serve as a haven for the community where families can gather and enjoy fare made with healthy ingredients in a casual environment. Guests can also expect to see Weber’s family behind the counters, including her son, Jack.

“I’m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia’s customers,” says Weber, in a press release. “We will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh-baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with housemade syrups and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating well easy and enjoyable. I’m creating the place I’ve always wanted in Scottsdale.”
Locals can anticipate enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner at the new spot, as well as grocery items from the market and live acoustic music on select nights. Additionally, both indoor and outdoor seating on an intimate patio will be available.
