The 11th annual Arizona Cocktail Weekend is returning for 2023, running from March 10 through March 13 in Downtown Phoenix and beyond. The weekend is the longest-running cocktail event in the Southwest, with four days of exciting events, including tastings from global pop-up bars, a cocktail carnival and much more to help you celebrate some of your favorite bevvys.
The longest-running cocktail event in the Southwest, Arizona Cocktail Weekend, is returning to the greater Phoenix area for its 11th year on March 10 and running until March 13. The four-day schedule will boast a variety of events, including exclusive tastings, expert-led seminars and concerts, in addition to three main events, The Cocktail Carnival, Top Bars and The Last Slinger Standing.
Kicking off the exciting weekend is The Cocktail Carnival, taking place on Saturday, March 11, at the Walter Where? House in Downtown Phoenix. The whimsical circus-like event will showcase the most innovative and immersive light and sound displays while guests enjoy art shows and circus performances from Walter Productions with a unique Arizona cocktail in hand. Each curated sip will pair with select performances crafted from some of the best spirits from around the globe.
Following up the exciting show is Top Bars on Sunday, March 12, at The Croft warehouse. The annual tasting event is a fan-favorite showstopper, with over 40 of the world’s best bars traveling to Downtown Phoenix as pop-ups. Some spots are trekking all the way from London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Some iconic establishments guests can anticipate sampling from include Katana Kitten from New York; Penicillin from Hong Kong; Analogue from Singapore; and Amaro from London, to name a few.
Watch as some of Arizona’s top mixologists battle it out on Monday, March 13, at The Last Slinger Standing. The thrilling event is a bartending competition with some of Arizona’s best mixologists crafting sips until the last slinger stands and takes the crown for 2023.
