Casita Coffee
The story of Casita Coffee–a tiny, adorable coffeehouse on wheels–starts in July 2021. “One day in the middle of the pandemic, while raising a toddler and a newborn, scrolling through Facebook marketplace, this tiny home on wheels popped up,” says Ana Herrera-Perez, owner of Coffee Casita with husband, Saul. “Of course many renovations had to be made to make it appropriate for a coffee shop. The pandemic had made us realize how short life was and how much we wanted to continue spending every second together. Therefore, we decided to randomly just go for it.” Coffee lovers can visit Casita Coffee at Gilbert Farmers Market on Saturdays, throughout Downtown Gilbert and at seasonal markets and private events to sip signature drinks like the Cookie Butter Latte and Mexican Mocha. “We specialize in creating uniquely crafted drinks for which many, not all, are inspired by our Hispanic culture with a more modern trendy style of making coffee.” For more information, visit www.facebook.com/casitacoffeeAZ.
