New Fall Cocktails at The Beverly on Main Scottsdale

Fact: pumpkin spice lattes are better with whiskey. This fall, check out the seasonally inspired cocktails that The Beverly on Main Scottsdale, Old Town’s favorite cocktail lounge, has in store for imbibers who are feeling festive.

Owned by Bryan Peters and Eric Nugent, The Beverly on Main Scottsdale has been a nightlife staple since 2016 for those seeking class while still being comfortable. Revelers make their way to the Old Town hotspot for its secret room, a cool DJ set (every Thursday through Sunday night, from 8 p.m. to close) and one of the only–and tastiest–late-night menus in Scottsdale.

And, with the welcoming of the new season, The Beverly on Main Scottsdale has also added a selection of delicious–and totally Instagram-worthy–fall cocktails to its lineup. Comprising 10 new sips (yes, that includes the aforementioned whiskey-spiked pumpkin spice latte!), the ingredients include fall-friendly mainstays like cider, pumpkin, graham cracker, chai and rhubarb. Take a peek at the Scottsdale cocktail lounge’s seasonal lineup:

Beary High: Zacapa 23-Year Aged Rum, agave nectar, Drambuie Honey Scotch, lemon juice, Superstition Blueberry Spaceship Box Cider. Served in a bear glass with a graham cracker rim. 

PSL B!tch: Toki Suntory Japanese Whiskey, Allspice Dram, pumpkin purée, lemon juice, aquafaba, black walnut bitters. 

F’ing Cinnamon Apple: Apple Brandy, St. George Spiced Pear Liquor, lemon juice, apple purée, ground cinnamon, Heirloom Genepy rinse.

Dirty S’mores: Angel’s Envy Caribbean Cask Rye, agave nectar, toasted almond bitters, Aztec chocolate bitters. Served with house-made cinnamon graham cracker crust with toasted marshmallow.

POV: Diplomatico Venezuelan Aged Dark Rum, Montenegro Amaro, Averna Amaro, black walnut bitters.

Eight Ball: Casamigos Reposado, Courvoisier, Liquor 43, house-made chai concentrate, oat milk. Served with custom fortune cookie. 

Reason #69: La Caravedo Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, fresh blackberries, mint.

Thyme Zucca: El Silencio Mezcal, Zucca Rhubarb Amaro, Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, house-made thyme agave.

You’re Done: Sweet Gwendoline French Gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Creme de la Flora, lemon juice, rhubarb bitters.

Pear did, Pama did, God did: Ketel One Vodka, pomegranate liqueur, lemon juice, house-made pear and sage syrup.

The Beverly on Main Scottsdale is open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday to Thursday and 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday to Sunday. Happy hour is available from 4 to 8 p.m. every day, with discounts on beer, wines by the glass, well spirits and classic cocktails. The kitchen is open daily until 1:30 a.m.
