Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion: Bistro for Lunch

Chef Christopher Gross, a James Beard Award-winning chef, has launched lunch at his new restaurant Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix. Christopher’s lunch will be a special three-course prix-fixe menu for guests to enjoy some of Chef Christopher’s signature bistro dishes for $65 per person.

Menu items will include his country pate, mussels, roasted Half Two Wash Ranch chicken and tarte tartin. There will also be a limited cocktail list, wines by the glass, and the award-winning wine list offered.

First Course, choice of:
Country Pate Field greens, grille country bread
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup Red bell peppers, garlic, mushroom powder
Mussels White wine, chorizo, garlic, tomato, herbs
Frisee Salad Poached egg, sherry vinaigrette, lardons

Main Course, choice of:
Grilled Fish of the Day Seasonal vegetables, lemon butter sauce
Hanger Steak Red wine bone marrow sauce, local vegetables
Roasted Half Two Wash Ranch Chicken Local greens and vegetables

Dessert Course, choice of:
Chocolate Mousse Chocolate mousse, fresh berries
Tarte Tatin Granny smith apples, caramel, vanilla
Seasonal Fruit Tart Puff pastry, fresh pastry cream, berry sauce
