Etta to Open at Scottsdale Quarter

With its grand opening slated in Fall 2021, Etta, a new neighborhood-style restaurant led by two-time Michelin-starred chef Danny Grant, is coming to Scottsdale Quarter with its soon-to-be-famous wood-fired dishes.

The new restaurant concept was curated by Scottsdale’s own hospitality group, What If Syndicate. Etta will be its second concept to open following the group’s successful steakhouse, Maple & Ash, was welcomed by Scottsdale in 2019.

“We are thrilled to expand our restaurant portfolio in the Scottsdale market as we’ve been incredibly happy with how Maple & Ash has been received by the community at large,” says David Pisor, managing partner of What If Syndicate, in a press release.

Guests can expect to find Etta at Brio’s spacious former location, and be welcomed into a garden-esque atmosphere with vibrant indoor trellis styled throughout the 8,000-sq.-ft. plot and a cozy outdoor patio to enjoy Arizona’s beautiful weather with loved ones.

The single-story restaurant focuses on providing its guests with the freshest and highest of quality dishes, and only uses locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The menu highlights dishes cooked over a wood-fired oven, including fired pizzas, fresh focaccia and handmade pastas.
