Flagship Restaurant Group, a hospitality group known for its innovative dining and entertainment experiences, plans to bring three popular concepts to Heritage Park in Downtown Gilbert. In partnership with Creation and Crescent Communities, Flagship has secured 14,000 square feet within the highly anticipated development, marking an exciting addition to the East Valley’s dining scene.
With headquarters in Omaha, Flagship Restaurant Group has a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, including Cham Pang Lanes, Ghost Donkey, Pyro, Palma, Anthem, Blatt Beer & Table, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Memoir, and Roja Mexican Grill + Margarita Bar. The group has already made a strong impression in the Phoenix area and is now expanding its footprint to Gilbert, one of the region’s fastest-growing towns.
Heritage Park serves as the gateway to Gilbert’s Heritage District, a vibrant downtown area known for its eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, and events. The 10-acre mixed-use project will roll out in phases, with the first phase featuring 47,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, a 288-residence multifamily community, over 300 parking spaces, and a public square complete with lush landscaping, water features, public art, and walking/biking paths.
Future plans include a 125-room hotel, office spaces, and additional parking, further positioning Heritage Park as a must-see destination for residents and visitors. Construction on Heritage Park is expected to begin in early 2025, with Phoenix Commercial Advisors overseeing leading efforts.
