Owned and operated by 15-year-old local Dylan Capshaw, Stemistry in Scottsdale is a chic flower bar and coffee lab, one of the first of its kind to blossom in Scottsdale. The spot offers fresh and exotic flowers, including rare blooms like the rice flower, strawflower, chamomile and the Banksia, a honeysuckle from Australia. If you are looking for flowers at Stemistry, guests have the option to pick from a variety of pre-arranged bouquets or the opportunity to create their own from the massive selection of florals. When visitors aren’t creating a floral piece, they can enjoy sips from the coffee bar. Some of our favorites include the 24K Gold latte, lavender latte or one of the many boba tea options, including rose, brown sugar and taro. A second location is on the horizon for the unique shop, slated to open in late March in Heritage Square in Downtown Phoenix. The new site will feature Stemistry’s staple sips, florals and relaxed vibe. An aesthetic dream, Pueblo Life is a local shop that is queer-owned and operated in Downtown Phoenix.
