Though everyone on your Instagram feed is in Europe right now, you can get a taste of the South of France via Francine Restaurant’s new summer menu without leaving Scottsdale.
Located in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square, Francine Restaurant is known for dishing up French fare with a Mediterranean twist. This summer, restaurant guests can enjoy a five-course prix-fixe menu that showcases dishes inspired by the South of France and spotlighting seasonal flavors.
For the first course, diners can choose between a heirloom tomato gazpacho or arugula salad featuring endive and a grapefruit vinaigrette. The second course features a savory grilled octopus with a romesco sauce and fingerling potato (pictured). For the third course, guests will enjoy a mushroom pasta truffle with olive oil, chive and parmesan or cacio e pepe fettuccini. For the fourth course, dig into a roasted Two Wash organic chicken with morel-port cognac jus. For dessert, guests can choose between the chocolate pot de crème with chantilly and hazelnut crumb or the buttermilk panna cotta with a rhubarb-strawberry sorbet (pictured).
Francine Restaurant’s prix-fixe summer menu is available for dinner for $45, available Sunday through Thursday.
