With February 29 coming around only once every four years, Leap Year babies don’t get to celebrate their birthdays like the most of us. To say “happy birthday” in a sweet way, Sprinkles Cupcakes is offering “leapers” and “leaplings” with a free dozen cupcakes to commemorate their special day.
