Gastromé Market To Open at Gainey Ranch

In celebration of life’s tastiest duo–wine and cheese–Gastromé Market is set to open later this summer at Gainey Ranch in North Scottsdale.

“We want you to take your time when you come here – we’re not your traditional wine and cheese shop,” says Tiffany Chavez, who co-owns Gastromé Market alongside partner Jenny Le, in a press release. “You can come in and grab a quick bottle on-the-go, or sit down, have a glass of wine or Champagne and chat with us about everything from food pairing suggestions to our favorite wine varieties.”

While Gastromé Market will offer an impressive lineup of fine wines via a temperature-controlled showcase and two large cases of gourmet cheeses from around the world, it will also offer humanely and sustainably raised cured and smoked meats, indoor and outdoor seating, an onsite classroom and more. Picnic basket and gift basket creation will also be offered onsite, as well as catering services.

The classroom, where guests can sign up for classes focusing on everything from wine and food pairings to charcuterie board creation, will host seating for 20.

Best of all, though wine and cheese has a snooty rep, there is no pretentiousness or stuffiness at Gastromé Market. Guests who have questions or need suggestions can chat with Gastromé sommelier, Charlie Fina, who brings more than 20 year of experience.
