“Haute Food, Cold Beer” Tuesdays at Posh restaurant in Scottsdale will take place every Tuesday, June 19 – August 28, 2012, 5 to 8:30 p.m.
Chef Josh Hebert’s five-course high-end beer dinners will still allow guests to enjoy the “improvisational” experience, in which they may note any ingredients they dislike, and each course will be appropriately paired with some of the most rare beers Chef Hebert can find.
The cost for the food menu is $50 per person and $70 for the food and beer pairings. The cost does not include tax and gratuity.
