New Year’s Eve Four-Course Dinner

Celebrate the end of the year and toast to the new chapter in your life during Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen’s New Year’s Eve Four-Course Dinner, taking place on Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. The culinary experience will begin with a family-style serving of the Traditional Weft & Warp Mezze, featuring an assortment of Mediterranean flavors such as hummus, zaalouk, and freshly baked laffa bread. For guests who opt to enhance their holiday meal with a wine pairing, this course’s pour is a glass of Gustave Lorentz Sparkling Rosé.

The second course offers a choice of forest mushroom pappardelle, with white wine, truffle butter, chives, and parmesan reggiano; a Mediterranean crudo with olives, capers, onions, tomato, olive pol, and pita chips; and a shaved beef tabbouleh, with quinoa, salsa verde, tahini, and pomegranate. Each option is paired with a glass of Meyer Pinot Gris.

For your main course, enjoy options such as braised boneless beef short rib served with potato pierogi and bone marrow-melted onions or pan-seared red snapper with langoustine tartare and blistered tomatoes. Each dish is perfectly paired with sommelier-selected wines, such as the Azelia Dolcetto or Gustave Lorentz Sparkling Rosé.
