An upscale Italian hotspot, il Bracco, is set to make its debut in Arizona. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere, house-made pasta, and expertly crafted cocktails, Texas favorite il Bracco will open its first out-of-state location in Scottsdale in late 2025. The expansion is a significant milestone for Western Additions Restaurant Group, the hospitality team behind il Bracco’s Dallas and Houston locations.
As il Bracco sets its sights on Scottsdale, the expansion signals a new chapter for the brand and its growing presence beyond Texas. The new 5,000-sq.-ft. restaurant will feature a modern interior alongside a spacious 950-sq.-ft. patio designed for al fresco dining. Western Additions’ VIP of Architecture Kelly Wallace and VP of Design Mary Lucille Quick created the space in collaboration with MMaison Interiors and Phoenix-based Brick & West Design.
“Expanding to Scottsdale marks a major milestone for us. il Bracco was our first concept and taking it beyond our home state is both a proud and momentous step,” says Robert Quick, CEO, in a press release. “We selected Scottsdale for its dynamic dining scene and vibrant community that values quality and innovation. We look forward to introducing the restaurant to a new audience and having them discover what has made it a much-loved neighborhood staple in Texas. Our commitment to quality and consistency, exceptional made-from-scratch dishes, and the welcoming atmosphere we’ve cultivated over the years define the il Bracco experience.”

The menu at il Bracco Scottsdale will mirror its Texas counterparts, featuring house-made pasta, fresh salads, and prime steaks and seafood butchered in-house daily. Signature menu items include The Combo sandwich, featuring thinly sliced Italian charcuterie with fresh mozzarella and a cherry pepper spread; the fan-favorite spicy gemelli in vodka sauce; and the classic chicken piccata served with kale salad. Guests can also enjoy a curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails, including the signature Bracco, a frozen twist on the Greyhound with Aperol and freshly squeezed grapefruit.
“Scottsdale is a natural fit for us, perfectly aligning with il Bracco’s energy,” says Matt Gottlieb, chief operating officer, in a recent press release. “Our guests in Texas know us for our commitment to quality, freshness, and over-the-top hospitality. Our menu highlights both tradition and creativity, featuring a mix of our favorite Italian dishes, iconic Italian-American classics, and our own innovations, which gives everyone options to crave for lunch or dinner every day. Every detail in the restaurant has been designed to make this a place that draws people in and keeps them coming back.”
With its signature blend of refined cuisine and welcoming ambiance, il Bracco Scottsdale is set to become a go-to dining destination for both locals and visitors.
