Luckys Indoor Outdoor Comes to Roosevelt Row

Joining Roosevelt Row’s art and entertainment district is Luckys Indoor Outdoor, a new bar concept by 20-year restaurant veteran Julian Wright of Fork and Dagger Hospitality.

Luckys Indoor Outdoor is eccentric with a vintage, almost rustic, environment. The walls are paneled with wood and breezeblock, with faux antler chandeliers dangling from the high ceilings. “Luckys is inspired by some of the funky bars I have come across while traveling to two of my favorite cities, Austin and Portland,” says Wright. “I’m excited to become a part of the Roosevelt Row community and have a role in its expanding entertainment district.”

The cozy interior features a 2,400-sq.-ft. lounge space occupied by pool tables, skee ball and other dive bar-style games. The exterior presents a spacious, pet-friendly outdoor patio complete with fire pits, picnic tables and garden lighting. There, Luckys will host a rotating food trucks.

Until it’s official debut in January, Luckys Indoor Outdoor is hosting a soft opening until the end of the year. The bar will feature a rotation of popular food trucks like Cousins Maine Lobster, Salsa Bites and Eurhaus, to name a few. As guests enjoy food in hand, they can get a preview of Luckys drink menu with spirit-forward cocktails indoors, tropical citrusy libations outdoors and a variety of local and imported beers throughout. Signature cocktails will include a French Canadian (a twist on an Old Fashioned) and an Irish Bird with rum-finished Irish Whiskey, Carpano Bitters, and fresh pineapple, peach and lemon juice.
