La Planchada Taqueria
Opening as Prescott’s first-ever modern taqueria and tequila bar, La Planchada is offering Northern Arizonians the largest selection of tequila and agave-based spirits in town. The elevated concept focuses on doubling as a daytime street-style taqueria that transforms itself into a moody social club by night. Aside from its bar menu, the joint will also offer a fantastic vast menu offering everything from traditional Mexican classics, like carnitas, to a hibiscus lamb taco.

The County Seat
Offering a fast-casual service in a relaxed coffee shop-style setting, The County Seat has a comfortable, yet contemporary vibe for its guests. The County Seat finds itself in the best location in town, situated in the middle of the main drag of Gurley Street, on the top floor of the historic Burmister Building and directly across from Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza. My husband and I are so impressed with what Skyler has done with new hip restaurants LaPlanchada and County Seat in addition to Rosa’s and Barley Hound. I frequent County Seat with girlfriends but husband and I enjoy the others together. Prescott is so lucky to have someone who is creative and cares about keeping our town inviting and fresh.
