National Margarita Day 2022 Specials

On the rocks or frozen? Regardless of your preference, these Phoenix restaurants are celebrating National Margarita Day on Feb. 22 with salt-rimmed specials.

Diego Pops

Guests can now order Diego Pop’s award-winning margaritas–including the Diego Margarita made with 1800 Blanco Tequila, the Prickly Pear Margarita shaken up with 1800 Reposado and the Skinny Margarita–to enjoy at home. (Restrictions on to go alcohol do apply.) Stop in for happy hour from 3 until 6 p.m. on Feb. 22 and sip of Diego Margaritas for $5 and nibble on half-off apps. 

Salt and Lime 

This National Margarita Day, Salt and Lime Modern Mexican Grill in Scottsdale are extending its Margarita Mondays to Tuesday and will be pouring its popular $5 house margaritas, both frozen or on the rocks. The restaurant also just launched to-go 32-oz. margaritas, like the S&L Special (margarita on the rocks) made with Sauza Blue Reposado and the Casarita (frozen margarita). (Restrictions on to go alcohol do apply.) 

Macayo’s

In celebration of National Margarita Day and Tequila Tuesday, margarita lovers are invited to enjoy Macayo’s specialty version of this classic cocktail for just $7.50. Guests can customize their cocktail with their tequila of choice.

Foch Café

Foch Café in Tempe is offering a two-for-one special for National Margarita Day. Favorites include the Prickly Pear, which is mixed with freshly juiced prickly pear, house sour blend and blanco tequila, and the Jalapeno, which is mixed with agave, house sour blend and jalapeno-infused tequila.

Humble Bistro

For National Margarita Day on Feb. 22, Humble Bistro is serving its Not So Humble Margarita ($16). This skinny margarita features Casamigos Blanco, fresh-squeezed lime and orange to order and a touch of organic Tres Agave in a Tajin half-rimmed tumbler.

Lylo Swim Club at Rise Uptown Hotel will be whipping up $9 margaritas from noon to 8 p.m.

Los Sombreros

Los Sombreros can enjoy a crispy taco platter (crispy potato taco, crispy chicken taco and crispy carnitas taco) and two margaritas for just $22.22 on Feb. 22. And just in time to celebrate, the Los Sombreros Uptown Phoenix location at 3rd Street and Camelback Road, which has been closed since November 2020, has reopened. The National Margarita Day special will be available at all three locations: Scottsdale, Mesa and Uptown Phoenix. 

Roaring Fork

Roaring Fork in Scottsdale celebrates National Margarita Day with special offers all evening long. Roaring Fork will offer happy hour pricing ($7!) on all frozen margaritas in the saloon only, from 4 p.m. to close, including the Spicy Jalapeño Margarita, signature Huckleberry Margarita and famous RF margarita.

Z’Tejas Southwest Grill

On Feb. 22, all tequila at Z’Tejas will be half-off, including margaritas. The house margarita will be $4 all day, and a special Black Diamond margarita will also be served that day, served in a special souvenir cup with a rim dipped in black lava sea salt.
