Old Town Scottsdale‘s Hand Cut Chophouse has whipped up a new menu to welcome the fall season. And no worries to fans of the restaurant’s famed salt and vinegar fries; those star spuds are still safe and sound on the menu.
Hand Cut Scottsdale takes pride in providing its guests with the finest chops, burgers and pasta, in a cool, high-energy setting in Old Town. Its all-star menu is paired with a creative bar program and a world-class wine list. With the new season upon us, the restaurant has introduced a few new menu items to excite taste buds this fall.
For seafoodies, a highlight is the new ahi tartare, a shareable stack of soy-marinated cucumbers, Thai-spiced ahi tuna and avocado, finished with nori and pistachio pieces and served with sesame crackers.
Carb lovers will adore the blistered tomato and balsamic bucatini, featuring fire-kissed tomatoes with aged balsamic tossed with fresh basil and bucatini pasta and finished with whipped herb ricotta and balsamic pearls. And a side of glazed Brussels sprouts tossed in lavender-honey syrup is beyond tempting.
For a hearty entree, guests can stick a fork (and knife) in the herb-marinated bone-in New York strip, which has been marinated, grilled and finished with house garlic butter and flake sea salt.
Customer favorites remain on Hand Cut Scottsdale’s core menu, including the black truffle cheeseburger, with the restaurant’s unique blend of certified Angus brisket and chuck, served on a buttery brioche bun; the Hawaiian pork chop with pineapple-bourbon jam, lemon arugula and stone ground mustard; and the classic butter cake, topped off with brown sugar peaches and vanilla bean ice cream.
Still craving more Hand Cut Chophouse? The Scottsdale favorite will open a Nashville location in early 2023.
