Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia Welcomes New Menu

Right alongside the orange blossoms and prickly pears, things are in bloom at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia as its signature restaurant, Prado, welcomes a new menu, alongside refreshed favorites.

To greet the new season, the resort has a fresh menu, with gorgeous heirloom beets, Iberico de Bellota, tangy lemon cheesecake and Prado’s famed paella being just a few of the scrumptious standouts.
