Arizona’s beloved breakfast restaurant, Over Easy, is starting the new year with exciting expansion plans, bringing its signature brunch experience to even more communities across the Valley. Known for its fresh, scratch-made menu and signature daytime cocktails, Over Easy restaurant has become a leader in the breakfast, brunch, and lunch scene. Following the success of its 2024 openings in Peoria, Tempe, and Queen Creek, the award-winning restaurant has announced the timeline for three additional locations in 2025.
The new locations set to open in 2025 include Goodyear in Civic Square, North Phoenix by the I-17 and Dove Valley, and Buckeye by the I-10 and Verrado. The Goodyear location is expected to open in mid-Q1, while the other two locations will open later in 2025.
Over Easy has earned national recognition with features on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Best Thing I Ever Ate, and Travel Channel’s Food Paradise. Signature dishes, including The Banana Nut French Toast, Chicken Fried Steak, and Redeye Ham Steak, were featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, while the Chicken and Waffle was named the “Best Food Ever” on TLC. This modern diner concept pairs delicious food with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, making it a go-to spot for morning and midday dining.

After the success we saw in 2024, we’re eager to keep that momentum going and share the unique, high-energy dining experience our guests have come to love.”
By the end of 2025, Over Easy will have expanded to 19 locations across Arizona. With each new opening, the restaurant will be hiring for multiple full-time and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, managers, and cooks.
The new locations will continue to serve the beloved dishes that have made the restaurant a favorite. Signature breakfast offerings include a variety of omelets, eggs benedict, fluffy pancakes, French toast, and avocado toast. For those stopping by for brunch or lunch, the menu also features a selection of sandwiches and fresh salads, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
