“Balance” is a word that gets tossed around at the start of a new year, but Pita Jungle is boasting balance in the most delicious way. Available through spring, Pita Jungle has launched its new Seasonal Kitchen Crafts Menu: “It’s All About the Balance.”
The Mediterranean-inspired dishes spotlight fresh, unprocessed ingredients, including nuts, grains, fruits, veggies, lean protein and olive oil. It’s All About Balance is available at all Pita Jungle locations for both dine-in and through online ordering.

White Bean Hummus with Garlic-Cilantro-Pesto Shrimp – Pita Jungle’s claim to fame is its hummus and this white bean version, which is prepped from scratch, is equally delicious. The hummus is crowned with shrimp tossed in a garlic-cilantro-pesto and served with pita.
Chili Verde Beef – Filling and flavorful, this gluten-free, hearty dish features diced premium beef cuts, mixed beans in a homemade chili sauce, fresh tomatillos, charred poblanos, jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, onions and turmeric brown rice, served with blue corn chips and Jungle tzatziki as a crema.
Mediterranean Mahi Shawarma – This mahi-mahi dish is light, fresh and bursting with mouthwatering garlic flavor. The flaky fish is complemented with cabbage-kale super greens honey slaw, avocado, caramelized onions and fresh jalapeno.
Gyro Super Hero – This gyro is a crowd-pleaser, even for meat-eaters, featuring plant-based high-protein gryo and creamy vegan tzatziki. The fresh pickles are especially tasty and provide a welcome crunch.
Mascarpone Kataïfi – This sweet treat is a medley of crunchy and creamy with pistachio-studded mascarpone in a crispy kataïfi nest. The dessert is topped with whipped cream, honey and pistachio crumbles.
