Posh Summer Passport Program

PassportChef Josh Hebert, chef/owner of Posh Restaurant, has launched the Posh Summer Passport Program, offering a discount on four-course dinners at Posh and Crudo through Friday, September 14, 2012.

The passport lists 78 ingredients, each with a corresponding point system ranging from one to five. Diners accumulate points and compete against each other by trying the various ingredients listed. Passports are then turned in on September 14 for prizes including full-tasting dinners for two or four, and six-course dinners for two at Posh or Crudo. The passports are $5, proceeds from which benefit Singleton Moms. Passport holders will also be able to take advantage of a special discount on 4-courses at Posh and Crudo ($35/$50 with wine pairing). The cost does not include tax and gratuity.

Both restaurants will post tips, hints and the availability of the more exotic ingredients via Twitter and Facebook.
