Postino Peoria stays on brand with having a rhythm that allows guests the option to either experience dining in a communal space, or to be tucked away for a more intimate and private moment. Guests will find Postino’s infamous wine wall—displaying the many varietals that are a result of exclusive collaborations with both local and national wineries and vineyards. Guests of Postino Peoria will also face vibrant colors and a mix of art and decor that is quirky, yet offers a level of sophistication.

On the menu, guests will find the winning bruschetta from Postino WineCafe’s Battle of the Bruschetta that took place this past summer. The winner from this competition is the French Onion bruschetta—comprised of roasted garlic aioli, chopped steak, caramelized onion and peppers, fondue, and chili oil. Diners can also enjoy traditional bruschetta flavors such as the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, as well as snack favorites like the OMG Grilled Cheese or filet and chicken skewers, soups, salads, handhelds, and more.
