If you have been counting down the days until Prado Restaurant and Mbar Lounge reopen at Omni Resort & Spa Scottsdale at Montelucia, you’re in luck: the adored dining destinations are dishing up delicious dishes again starting Oct. 9.
Starting Friday, Oct. 9, Mbar Lounge inside of Prado will dish up bites, like marinated lamb chops, between 4 and 10 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Dinner at Prado will be offered 5 to 10 p.m., also Friday through Sunday, with staples like pan-seared diver scallops and the adored Valencia paella. Prado will also dish up breakfast on the weekends from 8 a.m. to noon.
In addition to its gorgeous indoor restaurant space, Prado also has a spacious patio for socially distanced dining.
