BlueFire Grille at Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas in Scottsdale surprised us with unique menu items packed with lots of flavor.
Chef Patrick Doyle has rolled out a new menu and we were very impressed with the variety and taste.
The quesadilla and chicken tortilla soup were a delicious start to the meal and the Serrano Ham, Fig Jam, Arugula & Shaved Cheese flat bread is a MUST TRY!
If you’re looking for a light meal, the South West salad with a cilantro lime vinaigrette is a great choice. You won’t feel deprived by this healthy dish.
Main dishes include steak, mahi mahi and fajitas. The perfect vegetarian main dish is the Vegetarian Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas with spinach, roasted peppers, grilled Portobello, cojita cheese, toma-tillo green chili sauce, guacamole, pico, sour cream & spanish qui-noa pilaf.
Make sure you save room for the Savanna Smiles Crumble Crust Prickly Pear Cheese Cake, part of the Kelli Sappington made for the 2016 Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Challenge.
