Foosia is Scottsdale’s new fast, fresh and healthy alternative to casual dining. Located at Thunderbird and Scottsdale Rd, Foosia offers custom, made-to-order bowls with their choice of 25 fresh ingredients to create the perfect combination, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, utilizing authentic cooking methods.
Foosia combines the colors, smells, tastes and traditions of Asian street fare into casual American dining. The food is familiar and yet exotic and features diner’s favorite, wok glazed veggies including bell peppers, broccoli, onions and snap peas and protein including shrimp, beef, chicken, slow roasted pork or crispy tofu, but in a whole new way – kicked up a notch with Asian flavors like ginger, soy, star anise and coriander to name a few.
Foosia also utilizes fresh herbs from its raised bed herb garden located on the patio. The patio is large and dog-friendly.
Beverages include soft drinks and iced teas as well as domestic and imported beer, wine, bottled margaritas and cold sake. The decor is inviting and comfortable with three 55” flat screen TVs that adorn the walls for guests to enjoy sports and news coverage.
