Kitchen West, the new restaurant at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, serves up western American fare with views of the golf course.
Part of the massive renovation of The Scottsdale Resort included the creation of Kitchen West, the resort’s new restaurant. Chef Rick Dupere’s seasonally-driven menu features a variety of options, offering something for everyone.
Some of the most popular appetizers on the menu are the Chorizo Hush Puppies with poblano garlic dip and the Mole Meatballs with cilantro carrot slaw.
Salads include the Fire Roasted Corn Cobb Salad and the Vegetable, Farro, Brussels Sprouts and Fig Salad to name just two.
For entrees they offer sandwiches such as a smoked brisket burger and seafood dishes such as Cod and Salmon. Our personal favorite was the Copper City Bourbon Sea Scallops.
If you arrive early for dinner, stop by Bar Six40 for one of their cocktails or a glass of wine and enjoy the views of the golf course.
