Originating in Canada, OEB Breakfast Co. is a Chef driven restaurant that opened their first U.S. location in Scottsdale, on the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane.

OEB stands for – “Outstanding People;” “Embracing Evolution;” “Bold Food Integrity.” Founder and classically trained Chef, Mauro Martina, has cultivated a culture that prioritizes connection and genuine food integrity. His menus focus on sourcing high quality and fresh ingredients to create classic dishes with a unique and elevated twist.

The Scottsdale restaurant is bright and welcoming with an open kitchen concept, both booths and tables and a full service bar that will serve hand-crafted cocktails, local beer and Frizzante on tap. Venetian plaster walls line one side of the restaurant interior with wood beams throughout and a Terrazzo bar as a focal piece. The ambiance inside is contemporary and clean with colors of light blue and yellow adorning the walls.

The menu includes classic favorites like bacon and eggs, pancakes and steak and eggs. Elevate your breakfast with the Blue Plate Specials, such as the Lobster & Shrimp Crepe and the Duck Leg & Waffle dish. Sweet options include Banana Cream Pie French Toast and the French Toast Trifle made with brioche, Meyer lemon curd, market berries, pistachios, torched pavlovas.

You’ll also find eggs Benedict, Scram-Blettes and sandwiches, as well as an entire section of Breakfast Poutines. We feel the poutines are some of the best dishes on the menu, and the list is long. So you can try something different every visit! A popular Breakfast Poutine is Hog & Scallops with poached eggs, duck fat fried herb potatoes, fresh local cheese curds, seared scallops, slow cooked bacon lardons and a brown butter hollandaise.
