The Brickyard Downtown is a unique eating destination in Chandler’s Historic District.
The Brickyard Downtown has a warm, welcoming feel with friendly and knowledgable staff. Their menu offers plates that are purposefully sized to share and are unique yet approachable with flavors from around the globe.
Their website says, “We believe that your dining experience should be an experience.” We certainly felt that!
Some of our favorite shared plates were the Mini Bricks (the Brickyard Special Sauce is so yummy!), Fried Calamari and Pork Belly Skewers.
The Ahi Tuna is one of our favorite larger sharing plates and you must save room for the Brickyard’s Mini Churros with House-Made Chocolate Sauce, Raspberry, Crème Anglaise.
The Brickyard Downtown also has a great cocktail menu created by mixologist Bobby “DOC” Kramer. The Blackberry Elderflower Pimm’s Cup was our favorite cocktail. It is made with Pimm’s Blackberry Elderflower, Vodka, Orange Tea Syrup, Lemon Juice, Mint leaves and Ginger ale.
The Brickyard Downtown are closed on Mondays, open 3-11pm Monday through Wednesday, 3pm – 12am on Thursdays, 3pm-2am Fridays and Saturday, 3-11pm on Sundays and happy hour 3-6pm.
